So this semester of production, I spent the majority of it working in the shops. I got to work in the costume shop for the first time ever. I had never done anything in there and I wanted to get experience in there and I did. I worked in there for the run of Big Love. One of the things I did was I worked on ripping the wedding dresses. Another thing I did was that I was the sound board operator for the Fall Dance Concert. My job, simply, was to press the buttons on the computer and make sure they went. I also got to experience working with projections. I had never done sound before so this was a good experience for me.
Because I was in both main stage productions this semester, I made sure to get all my hours by working in the shops. This was a busy semester for me and I can't wait to do it again next semester.
